The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Polish Cup organizer has entrusted our company with creating a web application that automates the registration process and improve communication with the players. Registration process through a dedicated panel should provide organizer with data necessary to conduct the competition. Basing on these data, the logged-in competitor has been automatically given access only to predefined resources. The competitor was able to order accessories related to the competition and to purchase additional insurance or health-care and wellbeing services. The application was integrated with payU system to automatically proceed all payments. The application was integrated with smsapi service to keep competitors informed about the status of the application through SMS and e-mails. The panel also allowed tracking communication with the competitor and monitoring the reports.

Welcome screen
A screen that allows you to register or log in to the registration panel.
Registration of players
The form gathers most important data about a competitor. The system proceeds them to indicate relevant categories in which a competitor can participate.
Available professions
Following registration in the panel, a competitor could register to these professions in which they meet predefined criteria.
Outline of the application
A competitor enrolled in the competition has been given an opportunity to purchase accessories, insurance, or health-care and well-being services. Registration in the competition is confirmed by sms and e-mail thanks to smsapi service.
List of registered players
User had the opportunity to view a list of other competitors who participate in the competition. Filtering the category of professions was possible in every aspect.
Export data for the organizer
The organizer has been provided with a tool that allowed to view, export and filter the list of registered and verified players. Data was possible to export to the following formats: CSV, Excel and PDF. The organizer also had the possibility to export data concerning purchased accessories, insurance or health-care and well-being services.
